About us
Soltrust was founded in 2009 as Blueprint Capital and has been a leader in construction lending and real estate development in Seattle and Phoenix. In 2022, Blueprint was split into separate real estate investment trusts for lending and development. In 2024 the real estate development REIT was divested from Blueprint and now operates under the Soltrust brand. Soltrust REIT is externally managed by Soltrust Advisors, LLC under the direction of its elected board of directors.
